It's a low bar. The average isekai fantasy author is perfectly fine with slavery as long as the main character treats the slaves a little bit better than most.
There are fantasy stories where the main character becomes powerful enough to be a walking nuke, and he still won't try to stop slavery in the kingdom he lives in, fuck, he may even buy a few.

Big agree on that, glad this one subvert that troupe by showing that it's purely just excuse for one's selfish goal.

Another Troupe that's somewhat subvert that I like here is the "Villain saying something that disturb MC and make them unable to fight well", but this one, it might temporary make MC stunned, its actually backfired hard.
