Not really sure about 5 and 3 to be honest. I've put them before and after each other and it's hard to tell if 3 was him getting ready to stomp her head, or pulling his foot away after doing so. But I think it goes this way so he's saying "The time has come" before he winds up for a stab attack? The other stuff after that may still be out of order too, but it flows about as well as the series usually does as it is so I don't really know without looking at the raws too.
