Yeah, when you strip away the hentai and try to stretch the story, it really becomes apparent how the author has no idea how to do romance or plot. The thing with hentai is that the target audience doesn't really notice how much real estate the sex scenes occupy within the pages, so it's easy to fill it with sex when you don't have anything else to say as an author. In a conventional manga, you don't have that convenience, so you have to be a better writer.

I'm not a reader so seeing the "END" tag on this chapter caught so off-guard lmao. So this mangaka got an anime adaptation and decided to end the manga almost immediately after? lol

and you know what? That's totally fair. From hentai to sfw and then all the way to anime, that's quite the journey. All power to him if he felt like this was the time to close the story. I think i'll go back and read it all from the beginning just to see how this journey unfolded
