Ok but like obviously the long haired girl asked the mc out got rejected and then spread rumors as revenge right? If it was just stalking I could see it being a misunderstanding(?) but the whole confession angle just makes it feel so played out.

Yeah she is the girl saskue stalked, if I remember right saskue confessed and got rejected but saskue wouldn't let it go leading to the stalking leading to the friend getting creeped out and switching schools but of course that's not what really happened cause that's absurd, that's but a rumor, what I think is more likely is the friend was her best friend, or only friend and she got so offended by the confession she lashed out, started that absurd rumor, and dipped and now she's back and not happy she's happy with an alien wifey

Secondly, I didn't read the one shot, as of writing, I didn't realize there was one, if it wasn't clear I was going off the info presented here
Thirdly, so what your really saying is I was pretty damn close to the one shot, I just assumed the rumor had more truth to it, if I had only thought of how far a spiteful person could go... Duly noted
