This is kind of like a stage play: very limited settings and most of what happens is dialogue. That's how theater typically is. Not just because of technical limitations but because that's how it is as art. If you think about it, there's no particular need for Lunaria to keep going through these long, surprisingly civilised discussions with the people who bullied and oppressed her or who betrayed her and her dead mother. It's like engaging in an argument with a troll or an idiot, utterly useless and a waste of time. She has no need to face these people like this, to give them so much time to try to argue their stupid case when Lunaria personally experienced their vile deeds and attitudes. Seeing how she officially declared herself the head of the house, all she needs to do is to subdue them and kick them out.
But, like I said, this is a theater play in manga format, so it's all about the dialogue.
