@Goretantath Wasn't there a part of that series where the sun was so harsh one day she ended up getting a "tan" and smelled like dried squid? Not to mention one or three times where they tried to keep her from finding out people were eating squid. It's been just long enough that I might go ahead and reread that soon.

@Glomoro I don't think i actually read the series, maybe the first 1-4 chapters (i can't remember, prob did that years ago..) but i mostly know about it through memes and *doujin🤪* xd I should prob get around to reading it since it looks like my kinda jam from the surface.

@Goretantath It's a fun little slice of life considering it starts with a "hostile invasion, " and it's been completed but I think there was a bit of a missing chapter situation on here last time I looked. Might have been resolved by now since I don't think it was a group requesting their stuff not be put here, and it is readily available elsewhere. Maybe if there's any still missing I'll try to fix it myself if the chapters I find are good to go. Some other upload rules could've been at play.

The last author's note made me realize something about the anime; The girls were made with CGI, while Haruto, his sister and friend were made with conventional drawing. Its the scaling. If there were scaling problem somewhere in the production period, it could easily be adjusted by rescaling the CGI model of the girls to fit with the drawn characters. That way, production would continue without serious hiccup.
