It sounds like the AI Upscaling actually ends up producing a lot more extra work, and I don't think the benefit of the improved image quality is significant enough to justify that.
Also how many Nonas are we up to now? Four? Normal, DP, ascended, and now defragmenting?

I belive the game the author is talking about is legend of zelda breath of the Wild, as i have been playing that and what they are doing in the after word matches gameplay.

Upscale is good, maybe it's even fine to leave lines in some places (it's just supposed to be dithering anyway). Also, you've got typo on page 17 - "i hd to put...".

I didn't really care for the upscaling all that much, looks weird on my screens. If you want to do it, go ahead though.
