It really is an abrupt end.

But I won't begrudge it, one way or another this always has been a silly goofy story.

But I really want for authors to stop with the "it was all aliens BS" when they want to end things, make it magic, make it something stupid... just leave aliens out of it.

At least all the girls are back.

It's over but I feel that it resolved nothing at all.

The girls are still 1/6 sized. Atleast make them be able to live as normal and adjust their lifespan for them to be able to live and die together or something. With bullshit alien technology I think they can do every I list above.

I hope there will be the third part which can resolve everything.

There was the saying "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic" so I don't care much about this part.

Only that if the home planet of Galatae was that advanced, her mission seem bullshit though.

Like, think about it. They has technology to bring imaginary fictional being into life with their abilities intact. Meaning they were practically gods at this points. What is the point of Galatae's mission ?

If they are so strong why need to invaded other planets ? They can just use their technology to magically search and destroy or something,... There are many ways to ultilizing their technology.

So Galatea realized that since everyone loves someone she loved the director and used her power to bring them all back and make them married.

It's joever drive girls :meguuusad:

And if you read the author's afterword, it ended a bit abruptly because the magazine it was being published in was being cancelled.
I think he was saying the previous series, 1/6 Girls, ended due to magazine cancellation.

I'm... satisfied with this ending. It felt right.
Even if I may have to explain that I filled ths house with raucous laughter at 1:30AM because a comic had The Thinker in a wedding dress.

A bit rushed meh ending, but I dunno, it's never been a serious series, so whatever. Had to reread the past few chapters to get what's going on and I still have some questions. It's been a fun ride along the way in either case.
  • Can anyone clear up if her plan is to shrink the whole Earth (including the planet), or just everything in it? For the former, it's kinda pointless, and my very basic physics knowledge says that's gonna weaken the gravity and we'll just end up in orbit in another planet and/or die to other things.
  • So... Galatea is an alien robogirl? That Tatsugawa met long ago?
  • If Nona's backstory is Galatea's actual story, then is Earth the mirror planet that DP Galatea is supposed to destroy, but it's 6 times her size or something?
  • What are the Galatea shards anyway? Did they come from Galatea? Is Galatea made from the stuff? Nona mentions the shards are similar to her nanobots or something. Is it some ancient and/or deactivated block of nanobots that only works when sculpted for 1/6 girls? Magic?
  • Galatea is actually 1/6 size right? It can be hard to remember what size they are, or who's been shrunk/grown in this series sometimes.
  • The other girls just giving up is

  • I think the first series has the better ending. I did not expect the second series to get this serious-ish. I thought it was just gonna be slice-of-life with the girls. I was fine with it going either way.
