basically because the prince not even fulfill their side of promise, the empire is looking at the kingdom since they are eyesore if i remember right and the blessing is the light spirit that will contract the mc of the game but allen (accidently) help created the light spirit from the rampaging spirit a couple of chapter ago when he visit the elf village

The original game scenario was that a massive civil war would occur after the villainess was shipped off and r*ped by people the prince hired. this would then lead to other countries taking sides in an all out world war.

however, now the villainess was saved so there’s no civil war but the other countries might still start shit and without the saintess, their Country probably can’t convince other countries to help them

as for the blessing, the original game had monsters attacking the elf village which when defeated, granted the saintess a blessing but our mc changed those events and I think a little elf girl got that blessing because the fairy was a lolicon. Though mc also got a skill scroll out of it.

All the countries are named after the cardinal direction they're in which makes things simple, but the main thing is that Estonia is a brutal war hungry empire looking for a chance to invade them. Prince Claude was one of Amy's reverse harem members and returned to Westerdale thinking that there would be a battle for the throne between princes that will provide an opportunity for Estonia to invade and lead to Amy fleeing the country and naturally going to Westerdale where he is. He's also likely already negotiating with the Estonian Empire to betray their current alliance and help invade or at least withdraw their support when Estonia invades in exchange for a cut of agricultural land they need. Zouth also recalled their heir, so they're probably in on it too.

As for the blessing, Amy still thinks this world is just a video game and is expecting an elf to be at the guild asking for help exterminating monsters in their village, and going through that event earns you a blessing, basically a powerful magic skill, in the game. She told her harem the had a premonition about it, but because Allen helped the lich become a spirit in the past, there's no monster attack now, so Amy and her gang are just harassing the elf girl with crazy talk.

After page 20, I imagine the existence of a "World Between Worlds," a neutral ground that isekai protagonists such as Allen and Aesir can go for a moment of relaxation by recounting to each other all of the pain in the ass things they've gotten themselves involved with.

I mean, that's been his plan from the start -- keep the main inciting event of the civil war in the game from occurring. The problem is now things are "out of bounds" from that plot, and war could still happen.
