That wasn't necessarily my take on that scene. Allen is trying to impress on her, the idea, that the world itself is real. That all the people she is playing with have individual feelings and free will. To break her out of the view that this is a game world and nothing else matters. But that doesn't mean that Amy will recognize that he's reincarnated, only that the game has progressed to the point where she might not be able to "win" on the Reverse Harem Route. She's been unable to get the Key Items that she needs to become the Saintess.

Chapter 19, is from her perspective, and shows that at that point, she believes that this is a very difficult Extra Mode. She believes she's been rewarded by God to be the heroine. And Allen from her perspective is still a Mob, not a Main Character. He doesn't have a way to be in a relationship with Anastasia. I'm not sure this viewpoint has changed. She's still locked into the Game World way of thinking, so she can't imagine Allen, making a literal Airplane, or a Gun.

And we can't forget that she doesn't believe any of the people in this world are "real". She's a sociopath and believes that only she matters. No one else is deserving of any genuine sympathy or kindness. She's fine with the original Anastasia ending, being exiled and raped and killed. She believes her position is the only one that matters. So with all her failures so far. Is she more likely to believe that he's a Reincarnated Person, thwarting her, and somehow remaining a commoner mob? Wouldn't he have abused his game knowledge to be Obscenely Wealthy and not just a poor adventurer? Or would she just think that the game needs her to work more diligently to get the ending she wants?

Allen didn't really know Amy's psycopathic tendencies at that point, contrary to the audience, so he's attitude on the last panel makes sense since he views everyone there as real and not as NPCs like Amy does. We may argue it was not the best move, yes, but given the knowledge he had it probaly was. It was that or kill her, since he can't just kill without reason, diplomacy is the way, until it isn't anymore. And from here onwards, it isn't.
