A couple of points here:

Being brought up in a lutheran context, I don't see a problem with a black cross. A cross is a cross no matter the colour. Now an upside-down cross, that is seen as very bad.

Remember that there are very few christians in Japan (and most of those are centered around Nagasaki). However western style weddings are popular, and there are many wedding venues that are built to look like churches but are not consecrated. Chances are the one leading the ceremony is not a christian priest/minister either. Just acting as one.

Girl, you aren't ready for the marriage if you have questions like "how did that happen?". Marriage is something you do when you're sure that is what you want.
Unless you got pregnant and wanted to be sure the child has a father. But I recommend seriously thinking things through in this case too.
