Oh look, there's the pedantic argument. He's 18. He's a legal adult the vast majority of in the world. And if they're changing the age of adulthood in Japan, they've admitted to the current age restrictions being incorrect or outdated and that's he's an adult and they're just waiting on the legal and bureaucratic aspects of the law to move forward.
