Pretty sure that's everything of the manga. The second volume of the manga (chapters 7-13) was published February 2016. There are 11+2 volumes of the novel though according to https://ja.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/(仮)花嫁のやんごとなき事情

Sadly, novelupdates doesn't. If it was, in the section "Track" under "Author" and stuff, there would be a button "novelupdates" with the buttons "MyAnimeList" and "Mangaupdates".

And if you look, you can clearly see it's not there.

If you really want to know what happens next, you can always get spoiled with the forums of novelupdates, but I don't think it's really what anyone wants.

There's a 13.5 (volume extras?) listed in MD as well. Are you planning to do that one as well?
