As long as my guy Maki remains ten toes for Umi and their relationship remains strong, I can live with the drama.

My hopes would be if it does end up being a maki saves Yuu deal, then instead of Yuu falling for maki, she solidifies her understanding of the type of man she wants.

I don’t have any particular strong feelings either way towards her character, so as long as it doesn’t cause big damage to Umi/Maki, it’s whatever in my book. I would love to see Nozomu step up a bit here and prove himself to Yuu.

Spoiler: I'm guessing..

I'm guessing Yuu ends ends up quite hurt about not being able to get along with Arae, and Maki has to step in to console/help her, causing Yuu to develop feelings for him.

Spoiler: Oh, boy, so many spoilers.

Arae actually makes it more difficult for him to step in by being the first character to outright accuse Yuu of trying to get his attention away from Umi. Whether she's doing this out of pure spite or has actually seen something that clicked in her head, it makes stuff tough. Ultimately, Maki does help step in through Umi, who leverages the guilt of her ex-friends to research Arae's issues and hit her with them. Hard. And then hit her again, because she doesn't really get it the first time.

Also, Yuu has had these feelings for ages now, but hasn't had the lightbulb moment where she can put a name to them. That happens after everything else in this arc is over and isn't particularly related to any of its events.

A Yuu vai sem querer desenvolver sentimentos pelo Maki...
A Yuu é uma boa garota mas se for isso mesmo... Ela perdeu antes de começar e por mais cabeça de vento que ela seja... no momento que ela perceber os sentimentos dela... ela imediatamente vai saber que perdeu!!
