I’m Done For is some of the ones I've been following. Something like hitomi-chan is shy with strangers and kaguya-sama went on for a descent amount of time before they ended.

While not entirely recent, and the part where the main couple is not together is not even two chapters, if I'm remembering correctly, Tonikaku Kawaii is for me the og story continues after the main couple gets together.
