The whole thing was an accident.
Sayaka was too close to MC's face which caused her hairs to tickle MC's nose, which in return made him uncomfortable and almost forced a sneeze. And during that split second, MC's lips touched Sayaka's lips (who was too close to his face).

So, rather than a genuine kiss, it was an accidental peck on the lips.
