Based solely on the the knowledge that in Chapter 14, Nana said it was "October already;" Chapters 17-20 was her visit to Ryuuji's house and being taken to pound town; and then announcing her pregnancy in Chapter 21...I can only conclude that Nana was pregnant for 11 to 12 months, if Mana was born on October 20th.
