I know it's fun to imagine some grand alternative explanation for this. But you have to remember that this is a story. These people don't have lives outside the narrative. We're not going to dig into her life and find out she lost her hymen in a tragic elevator farting incident back when she was 9. She's a gyaru, a subculture that infamously promiscuous. This is also porn. The author would quite clearly make her bleed, or have her somehow hint/say that it's her first time at some point. I could almost get over her being easy, since if stories didn't feature easy women, we'd have barely any porn in the first place.

The story is that a slut is into him, and started doing this.
