I like the idea that each chapter he thinks he finally understands her, goes to confess, only to find a new and worse aspect to her.
Like smoking for chapter two.
Drinking for chapter three.
Heroine for chapter four.
Vandalism for chapter five.
Etc.
The series end with her deciding to try out murder on the MC!
You could say... his love was DOOMED!!

Author shouldve made her more callous during her temper tantrum moments in both chapters. Really home in on the "asshole playing the part of an angel" aspect of her. Because the tidbits of her showing her true, nice self is kinda self-defeating (especially this early on).
Like, i get it, we as an audience need to root for her, but as of right now i am just seeing a nice girl who puts up an asshole front to defend herself, which isn't really a subversion of any tropes- this is just remixed tsundere.
