Did you? The last page clearly shows she was going to apologize to him and thank him for the confession.

She already stated why she hates the confessions and it's because guys won't give up after being told no. And this guy's entire thing is "I'm going to keep persuing you after being told no."

I don't think he's a loner. But maybe more "serious" type as the girl mentioned being "sharp and on point as always". Maybe even something like a student council president. Let's see what goes on, I'm curious as they add more characters into the mix, if they do.

did y'all? Seriously, it's only 2 chapters, read again if you didn't get it.

First of all, she was not TRAUMATIZED, don't throw this word around casually as if every negative experience turns into a source of trauma, if that was even remotely true, everyone would be f***ed.

Second, it's not only being unable to give up after being told no, but also lustful and selfish reasons for even confessing to her from people she never got to know and vice versa.

Lastly, his whole thing is that he listened, saw her uglier side and decided to stick around and get to know her better, starting by befriending her. If she was against the very idea she would outright reject that as well by the end of 1st chapter, which didn't happen, because she had seen something different about him than the other guys who confessed before, in both motivations and how he handled being rejected.
