Less posting at random and more probably just not doing a great check that they actually found all the parts of a chapter's raws (and then going back and filling them). It happens sometimes in other series (I know Vermeil had an especially long chapter where it got posted to sites with like 3 parts missing) but it's a bit surprising for it to happen twice in two different chapters so quickly like this.

22.3 covers the bit where he actually uses the super-attack, instead of it just going from 22 ending at "you can fire it" to 23.1 where you see him in the sky in the distance already using it.

Eh, so Cruz wasn't the pilot of the big thing that the side characters were risking their lives to fight, to save their carrier? It was just piloted by some unknown noname? That's funny. The usurper prince has basically wasted all of the kingdom's gold reserves to buy the stuff getting destroyed now. The new king can recover some money by executing all the dukes (save the new one) and other nobles supporting the usurper, and looting their possessions to the last penny, but how much will it make in total? They also need to pay probably a billion gold to the Musou Iron Knights (translator's note: musou means unparalleled).
