Thanks for the chapter!
It's good she has true feelings for him and can break his skill. Granted his skill sounds great for sex in the short term, but in the long term it'd turn poisonous. Things would get to the point where he doesn't see women as people anymore but objects he can do whatever he wants with no consequences and the thought that they only like him because of his skill and not because they really do like him would wear away at him mentally. With Sayaka by his side he should be able to stay more humane. Although he should start lightening up the control on the other girls little by little as time passes so they can act on their true feelings more and choose to like him rather than being spelled into obedience. Difference between someone acting on their own feelings and feelings forced through magic is amount of self-control, ability to think things through and decide whether to take a stand or not, and amount of effort can put in. Problem with a spell or skill forcing ultimate obedience takes those things away and narrows their options along with common sense. For example, can't remember the name but there is a LN where the MC, who has a dragon and demon spider as subordinates in human form, beat up an anti-hero who wanted the dragon but couldn't use his eye to charm her so tried to trade women he'd enspelled for her. Much later on in a town where the anti-hero's charm had been spread through a special perfume the women there found out about the MC beating up the scum and they all rioted tearing up the town in their efforts to find and kill the MC. Due to the charm they lost all reason going after the MC despite not being ordered to, cause severe collateral damage all over, and had to be knocked out to stop them. Thus, they acted in a way that exposed what the anti-hero was doing with his charm, destroyed a good chunk of the town, and all because the charm forced them to over-emotionally act rather than think things through much less come up with a proper plan.
