Basically, the stereotype is that gym teachers are always some flavor of mildly incompetent former high school jock who wants people to respect them while putting in the minimal amount of effort; combine that with them also stereotypically being former bullies and the power being a teacher gives one and, well, it's not hard to figure out where their minds would go.

Obviously, not all gym teachers are like that, but as they say, where there's smoke, there's fire.

Well, I did expect the MC to just openly reveal his powers at one point or another. I mean he is being hunted down by armed forces for a reason, at some point in time his OP powers were made public to some extent that it eventually came up to the ears of powerful organizations.

Anyhow. Why tell her to run? I'm fairly sure he just one shot KO'd the teacher.

So, has she been getting r@ped this whole time? Her reaction makes it seem like this might have been a new escalation, however, it also seems rather unlikely that this would have been the first time he came to their home drunk. If he’s been aiming for her this whole time, would he really be holding back this whole time just to finally cross the line while the MC happens to be there?

it doesn’t seem to specify, and we will likely never get an answer as it appears the class president is a one off side character. At least, in the next 10 chapters or so since MC enters high school (which will happen in manga chapter 6 or 7) her name doesn’t appear even once. We are also introduced to a brand new FML with magic powers, so… yeah.
