I agree, but a big issue with this is that a lot of these types of ad manga hide that they are an ad until the very end.

Kind of as if they KNOW that it's a shitty thing to do so they do their best to keep you reading before they reveal it was an ad all along.

Most Mangadex could do is retroactively label confirmed ad manga after the fact.
