When designing a unit for a game you design it once and then copy+paste it however many times you need said unit in the game whereas in manga you need to draw every new appearance, every new pose, every movement etc.
If you're trying to earn your daily money through manga you don't have endless time to sink into detailed and demanding designs, especially when you're not a big shot author who's guaranteed to sell on name recognition alone.

The best thing the author could've done, is keep our world as "our world". No supernatural, and no real way for the MC to use magic linearily, that is: magic -> attack spells.

I hoped the molestation-arc was an outlier. Meh.

If the author made it so that there wasn't any "interference" from the world where his classmates have been sent to, we could have had an interesting enough premise where the MC solves whatever happens to him through the gift that he has received., like knocking out those thugs in previous episodes. I don't know many stories with a MC getting fantasy superpower in the normal world but is weird how in 3 of them there is shrine miko getting sacrificied from their family.
For this chapter MC idiocy, he forgot to cast inisibility before starting to jump on buildings, he trust that crap too much, I would have the hood on, a mask on the mouth and maybe even glasses, or just use a child mask, or at least bring it around in cases I find someone that needs help.
