Cleaning digital manga

I mostly use digital manga to scanlate. Sadly most of them seem to be quite low resolution and as a result contain quite some noise (https://imgur.com/a/rKtYdzH). I was wondering if people have tips on how to clean this kinda stuff. Is my only recourse to use a brush and go over the majority of the pages?

digital manga rarely needs much work. if it's bad quality you probably need to find a better source or get someone to rip for you. you can batch process with waifu2x-caffe to rescale it, i think it has options for denoising as well. if this is full color and there are no screentones, you can be pretty rough with denoising. you can also do any of this in whatever image editor you're using
