Client side filtering

I used to use a ublock filter for read chapters.lookong for feather eye but I believe what it filtered for has been replaced in api for chapteridisread or something like that I know read chapter filters are planned but is it still possible as a workaround for client side filtering somehow. I like neko on tablet not mobile phone.
