I personally like this chapter.
Pretty entertaining with Arthur and Kay's past. Wow, Arthur is cunning since he was a kid!

And from another perspective, it feels too fast to peel the past. From the start, the focus was Sumire, and it's better to go over there.
But because this chapter associated with problems behind governance, it is better to know it immediately. I wondered what problems Arthur went through to make him harbor hatred to this depth.
