Comment settings grayed out, can't use any of them. [Fixed]

For some reason, since yesterday, I cannot use any of the comment settings.

They are all grayed out, can't click on any of them.

Can't use fonts, images, spoilers or emoticons.

Could someone please help me solve this issue?

Check so you don’t accidentally pressed this one, you find it under the furthest right three dots. If it’s orange like this then just unselect it.

Oh yep that was it, my shitty Cloud phone screen must have thumb dialed it on accident while I was typing.
