Hi Dev Team,

I am experiencing an issue accessing the site when using my mobile carrier's network. I believe this may be an issue with DNS resolution or an IP-based block specific to my carrier.

Here are the details comparing the failing and working environments:

✅ SUCCESS STATE (Crucial Clue)​

The site works immediately in two scenarios, confirming the issue is related to the mobile carrier's default settings:

1. Home Wi-Fi: Works perfectly when connected to my home Wi-Fi ([Home ISP Name]).
2. Mobile Data + 1.1.1.1 DNS Mode: The site loads when using mobile data if I enable a VPN or the 1.1.1.1 DNS-Only Mode (which changes the DNS resolver but keeps the same mobile IP address).

This strongly suggests the DNS servers provided by my mobile carrier are either misresolving the domain or the resulting IP is being blocked.

Could you please check your firewall rules and the DNS resolution records for the site from the IP range associated with my mobile carrier's network?

The majority of South-East Asia has MangaDex blocked, other posters over the past years have confirmed it in other threads in the forums. You'll have to use a VPN if you want to access the site.
