Community tagging system.

I think a system that allows the community/ readers to add tags to uploaded publications .

. Let's say to prevent trollers maybe a weight based system.
The more users add or remove a tag the more prominent the tag will be show up is searches.

Will be a lot of work I think but would help as a lot of uploaders don't tag their work fully

i know i'm guilty of that. when i'm working on uploads for a group/ artist/ series i don't even read what i'm uploading. i just verify name, artist, H/non-H, if its already on the site and maybe a manga updates link if its a series or has a bunch of chapters.
