It's not impossible for cis women to have deep/androgynous husky voices lol. i can imagine him speaking more 'feminine/soft spoken' in lolita mode or like all 'fancy' like how japanese have diff tones and stuff and maybe sounding like an 'oujo-sama' without the snobbery
