There should be a completed tag

the one where it would show all the completely translated and uploaded mangas

it's sometimes hard to see which manga is completely translated there's no list

[*]MangaUpdates > Advanced search > Extended Options > Only show completely scanlated manga

Honestly, though, it would be great if there were at least some way to easily find manga for which a chapter marked with the "END" tag has been uploaded for their (user selected) "main" language. That way, users like me with insane reading backlogs don't lose manga in the ever growing list of Follows updates, never to find them again because they no longer have new updates to push them to the top of the Follows list.
