"Completed" Status

Why do the translators keep using the "Completed" status on stuff that isnt completed?

Whats the fucking point?

Are you talking about the publication status? Because if you are then the fucking point is that's it completed. If you're talking about the end tag then the fucking point is that it's the last chapter.

the completed status typically means the manga is finished, but not necessarily translated. You can look usually look at the number of chapters x/100 or whatever and see how many actual chapters to the manga. Then look at how many chapters are translated. It is useful to see that a manga is completed or ongoing, some like to focus on completed stories rather then the never ending story.
