This is a gorgeous story. Coping with loss is always so personal; this is something I can see myself doing, almost. Every time I read an update it makes me cry, thinking about my own girlfriend and how much I love her... and I always tell her just that immediately after. What a beautiful work, to show the pain and happiness of remembering someone gone in equal measure — and in a way that makes the reader appreciate the now.
