I'm not really liking either of them so far, to be honest.

The criticisms against her, Lee Hana, are clear. She is maliciously petty. She has purposely tried to sabotage him in an effort to make him do worse on tests (ringing a bell, lying about test subjects, and hiding his books). But Ham Geon Woo doesn't look that nice either.

In chapter 1, there was a flashback where he said even if she tries her best, she still cannot beat him. I can maybe forgive that as just being cold but not necessarily malicious. But in this chapter, she has a point. He has previously lied to other people that he doesn't know her. He said he doesn't have any childhood friends. For me, as a reader, them "dating" now doesn't take away from him lying.

My prediction is that it's going to be some kind of cliche reason like he didn't want to bother her or that he wanted to hide his embarrassment or something like that. I don't know. Maybe I would like this more if I could read a bunch of chapters at once instead of waiting for translations to come through. But so far, I don't really feel like sticking around for it.

Of course he does. Probably has for ages. That black aura of hers, though, would keep him from acting on that notion.
no way he would put up with her ringing the bell for an entire day, playful sabotaging notes and stuff, and be ok with it

without having a massive crush on her the size of Jupiter
