the story is hilarious and i love it, but the writing is just so full of loopholes... how can a top assassin have so many weak points? she talks big but she sure gets caught up in her actions a lot without using her head... i sure hope that they'll be able to actually make use of her skills somehow rather than just using them as a plot point

@Lililily and @Sakaiy Honestly just because she's really strong doesn't mean there isn't anyone stronger than her. Especially in a place like the palace which tries to monopolise the best resources. And yeah she may be a pro and an the strongest assassin but the guy is a pro too and he might be on the same level or above her but he's (most probably) not an assassin so yeah.
@Aanik hey having a flaw is different than making repeated mistakes in a short span of 3-4 chapter
1st Mistake: she effin GREET the spy. This is a very n00b mistake. I know she is snob and confident that she can handle everything but this is quite dumb, she isnt pretending to be scared or confused AND THEN blew the powder. Since she blew it when he's already running away anyway.
2nd Mistakes: she willfully willing to fall into the trap... because once again she's a snob who is too confident with her own lacking skill... I said lacking because, if she's so confident that she's willfully and excitedly running into a trap with SIX people lay in waiting, she should have able to dodge an incoming attack from a SINGLE pro spy. I mean... she's the one that said she's a pro, and strong but didn't gather enough information then admitting she's wasting her own time.
Not to mention being found out by the emperor when she was sneaking up on him... it's dissapointing that the mistakes that the Fl did are too close with one another. If she makes a mistake once every 10 ch, it's still more understandable than a few consequential mistakes in a close span of 4 ch.
Before anyone is offended that I called the FL is a snob. I think snobby characters are a cool as long their skill is on par with their snob level.
Tbh Im just dissapointed but I dont hate the FL. Only a bit frustated.

I guess she got bored with the palace life since the only thing she’s doing is acting like a dumb concubine that is favoured by the emperor. She’s not being a noob as she did notice it was a trap and took it as a challenge. Imagine how bored she was and that was the perfect opportunity to “train” herself after doing nothing (what she does) in the palace for more than a month. Some of these “mistakes” are actually plots in the story. Can’t wait for the next chapter!
