Correcting volume numbers

i recently made a report for incorrect volume numbers, and this is how i reported it:
Vol. 1: ch. 0-9
Vol. 2: ch. 10-20
Vol. 3: ch. 21-30
Vol. 4: ch. 31-40

but i found a thread that gave instructions on how to properly report it so that it can used in a csv file, so it should look like this instead:
1:0-9
2:10-20
3:21-30
4:31-40

should i report it again with the correct format to make it easier to fix? or should i just leave it at the incorrect way? it's been 10 days since i made the report, if that makes any difference.

Check your "My Reports" page to see if your report was rejected, if it was then I would re-submit with the correct formatting.
