I really hope I interpreted it correctly, but it seems to be the only way that makes sense. The car technically isn't Tora's, so Afro man selling it to him for less than actual market value seems like a good compromise. Afro man wasn't going to pay Tora for the car when there's a written agreement that he owns the car anyway.

That deal with Tora was pure smarts, but racing with a gen 1 Ford Gt is less smart.

yep, pantera's are beautiful, but are heavier and have lest hp, and have worse aerodynamics, but its suspension is partially better, but lets see what ricer they make now

The pantera's are lighter actually by about 300 lbs. The aerodynamics are pretty similar considering the 05 gt is quite similar to the gt40.The ford gt's suspension is better and it would likely have more grip due to better tire width and rims. U cant really call it a ricer since the pantera did race in group 5 as ricer means race inspired modifications since the road car is just a detuned pantera with worser aero its not really inspired.

for me ricer meant honda/nissan/toyota with shit bodykits, fart cannons and underside lights

I think "ricer" in this context meant Japanese-inspired modifications that are more about style than performance (a "rice burner"). And also a callback to the James Bond mods we've seen on the Countach for plot purposes. Anyways, doesn't matter, they can put Inspector Gadget tricks in it and I'll read it.
