please give the uploader the ability to swap out a cover in the covers section for a higher resolution if they have already uploaded a lower resolution cover.
Also, please have a way to show the dimensions of the covers that are uploaded in the covers section (so we know if it needs replacing with a higher res image)
If you still want to use the report system for replacing and swapping out covers then you could simply allow the users to upload the new one but on the back end have an approval process for it. (accomplishes same thing as the reporting but i imaging it would be more efficient since the user already submitted a newer better version of a picture.)
