"Exactly, I forgot to feed him" is weird. It looks like she knows it and just waited for vet to confirm it. I would expected "I see" or something like that

@alenil the reason she says "exactly" is because the moment the vet tells her hes hungry she realizes that she didn't feed the cat yet. If it was me in her position I'd have said " ah shit your right, I forgot to feed him"
