Yeah, what I came to say. Plus at that point she was terrified of just plain death, nothing inconsistent with not even thinking about the "being seen" bit. Also going by 138 that was more like Creepy Car size vs Creepy Blimp, and by the buildings she was thousands of feet up. We can see the drawings just fine of course, but even for something painted white a car sized object at night not emitting light thousands of feet up, above a city which is full of night light thus further ruining everyone's night vision? Would be damn near invisible. There is a reason small aircraft are required to have running lights by law.

So even if she didn't have other things on her mind, like being suddenly thousands of feet up on a floating cat, the odds of anyone spotting it were super low, and the odds of anyone identifying her, specifically, essentially zero. Nothing like just floating back onto a crowded beach, at ground level, slowly, with her friends.

Of course in this world she may just be overestimating things and instead children would rush over to pet the cute animals or something.
