@itsHaruto I think you might be right: the last Japanese page looks pretty end-worthy, though it could use an epilogue page or two, in my opinion

Still, the author's taken breaks before, we'll have to see whether she makes more in another two weeks, but I wouldn't bet on it

My guess is
about a 90% chance the series ends and 10% the series is revamped into something akin to Naruto shippuden. I also think that they will continue a separate story in the same universe. I think I remember they mentioned awhile back that they were thinking of a spin off series that followed Nada, Chilo and Hime.
If the series does end my wish
that probably wouldn't happened would be for whatever portal that transports the creepies back home breaks and the creepiness' from their side merges with our world and everyone takes on roles to either help normal people grow accustomed to the creepie, or if its too much in some areas then deal with it. Kinda like having Flora, Oscar, and Creepy do the social side while leaving Hime, Chilo, Nada, and Kokoro to deal with the dirty work. this Idea would most likely be two separate stories that the author would swap between every arc or half arc.

Nyangen seems to be a pun on the Japanese word Ningen which is Human I think?

Nyangen could be a pun on Ningen but with the cat affectation of Nyan+* ,
If so , it could be a pun meant to go both ways depending on "who is saying 'goodbye'/who*it's directed at .

Anyone know what chapters are contained in what volume? Since the volume 3 cover is the current image on MD, I assumed that the chapters currently being translated were part of that third volume. The fact that this wasn't the last chapter, and the whole third volume is already on-sale, that tells me the chapters we're currently reading are from an additional fourth volume. In any case, I was just curious how many chapters were contained in each volume. No specific reason why.

Since Creepy Cat is coming to an end I wanted to point people to some of the author's other comics which are available in English. First, Creepy Cat related ones:
A very early concept of Creepy Cat (5 pages, free): https://www.deviantart.com/cottonvalent/art/Old-Memories-1-157338356
The Tapas series, a bit like a prototype for this one (free): https://tapas.io/series/Meawbin
A Gumroad chapter: https://gumroad.com/cottonvalent#NhLa
Note that the Gumroad chapter is short and doesn't contain much that this series doesn't already have. It simply shows Flora's first encounter with Creepy Cat and Oscar too. But I'd encourage buying it to support the author and show that there is demand from an English-speaking audience~ (because for now it's pretty clear she's ditched us for the Japanese-speaking audience) Buying the upcoming graphic novel from Seven Seas later this year is a good idea too. I'll be buying it right away :3
Now other comics:
Glitch, my personal favorite out of all this author's comics, a Webtoon about a high school girl who gets to make 10 wishes (free, has mirrors on Webtoon and Tapas, on indefinite hiatus unfortunately): http://glitchwebcomic.com/
Incubuskun, a comedy series about an incubus in disguise who can't charm the last girl in class (free, note that the author uses the pseudonym Rosemary-chan for this one, but I'm pretty sure it's a joke): https://tapas.io/series/Incubuskun
Rohesia, a 76-page comic about a doll, has heavy Tim Burton vibes. On Gumroad once again: https://gumroad.com/cottonvalent#fsYI
The Girl and the Soul, an illustrated dark fairytale, even more Tim Burton vibes, but note there are some missing images and it's unfinished (free): http://glitchwebcomic.com/thegirlandthesoul/TGATS.html

Happy reading! It is simply my goal to spread the love for Cotton Valent's work as much as possible. Because I need moar of it.
