Only 8 chapters here on mangadex, so I searched up and found it has 10 chapters elsewhere. Someone said they could only find 24 chapters.
The premise is interesting, would be a good story if the characters were smarter, and only if he ends up cured in the end, but that's doubtful with how manga usually is. Chapter 10 shows the end of the date they are on, he comes onto the girl in his car says "I love you". Pops her boobs out and asks her if "she's okay", she doesn't respond. He puts his hand down her panties and she tells him to wait then starts crying for some reason rather than communicating with him properly. He stopped and they drive home with her continuing to act like he is the worst person in the world, then runs into her house without saying a single thing. Then he proceeds to call up the "other girl" and she asks him to come over.
MC and the females seem like massive unhinged retards. Although I only read chapters 8 and 10 I can safely say the rest of the story is going to be just as bad. No wonder it's not translated in english anywhere.
