Same isekai as always. Just the food is missing.

Followed by the mentality of killing no one, because killing humans is bad. Even if they raped, killed and stole whatever there is to enrich themselves. But, killing monster is okay, because they are not human and bad.

Can anyone who has read the WN/LN shed some light on whether there are conditions and limitations for the MC to use his skill?
I get that he has to be within a certain distance of the targets and that he has to be able to identify the skill. That's all Ive gleaned from the manga.
Is there anything stopping him from cutting every skill from every monster in range and pasting those skills onto his party members (or anyone else close by) to keep multiple copies of each skill? Or is the MC just that brain dead?

Bro you ain't Batman, excessive moral high grounds aren't something to be proud about and what is it with all the 'Yes Man' around him anyway? Obtained God's Skill and yet can't even comprehend basic perception like : Oh a bad guy looking bad guy who speaks like a bad guy with bad guy appearances and aesthetics, must not be bad guy.
Dude being a literal child isn't an excuse, real child lose their naivety quickly in the face of trauma. Mental fortitude of steel or not, not being able to face enemies in equal footing (aka f-ing kill them) is lame.
Also the harem is just a bait.
Overall if you expect wholesome harem shota adventure this ain't it. This is just another Shonen wannabe try hard who tries to up the stakes every second and failed to consider that MC has skills and author seems to conveniently forget about them to advance suspension and plot.
While MC did'nt have plot armor and he has to grow by himself which is good, the ridiculous way the story has to go in circles the size of ring of Saturn just to get MC overwhelm his adversary.. Not fun.
If you are writing a character who has tons of skills, please remember every single one of them otherwise just use conventional method of 'ex machina' and be done with it..
