This popped up in the latest update feed, and as someone with no shortage of cultural appreciation I clicked on it. It looked familiar so I figured I read it back before MD existed. The it dawned on me that it probably had an anime, and it did! Must have watched it back when it came out. Funny how that works. Time to read!
