@Talismaster Yes, they poop, as shown in a previous chapter. And as far as I can tell, they have to wash to stay clean. So I'm assuming it's as close to actual reality as they can get in a game, plus super powers.
In real life, you probably woldn't do something, you would do in a game. It all depends on how you view your surroundings. If you look at it as a game, and that anything you do in it doesn't really matter or have any real effect, you would be more free with your actions. It might still be a little awkward at first, but it's only because you are not used to it.
