I was a little confused there at the end with the slime bit but whatever. I'm happy to see this manga kicking again.
And silly Inada actually thought her innocent and airheaded Chief would progress in her romance. So silly.

They see other people as enemies.
Takao looked like a slime to them.
In Japanese games, slimes are traditionally the weakest (or some of the weakest) enemies.
Takao isn't weak, so they got tired trying to beat the slime.
They finally understood why the slime was so strong after they saw Takao.

At least that's how I understood it.

Ah, not one but TWO chapters released. That certainly helps as I wait for three chapters of Tonikaku Cawaii.

With the VR stuff, I couldn't help but be reminded of the time when the gang in the Haganai manga used VR stuff to play an RPG. There, Sena and Tomo used the game to keep killing each other. With that in mind, I would like to see the VR stuff return to D-Frag so that we can see the characters in another fantasy situation.
