It was Another World's Highest Guild Leader, read the WN and thought about picking it up since the last team dropped it months ago.

As for the one-shot, I don't actually remember; it was a little over a year ago. I used to TL stuff for myself mostly, wouldn't release them(too sloppy and minimal redrawing). I ended up feeling like uploading one, so I gave it a try. Sucked that someone else beat me to it.

Update: I ended up just buying ch.23 from the official website and am working on the script for it. I'm still waiting for the raw, I can make my own but it would be of a lesser quality.

In hindsight, I should have waited longer before releasing ch. 22 so that there wouldn't be such a long wait between ch. 22 and ch. 23.
