@cor3zone rearranging individual molecules of carbon out of thin air to create charcoal or diamonds is still technically disassembly of the compound "air" (more accurately Carbon Di/Monoxide; which contains a lot of trace elements, including carbon in a form of CO2 and CO) because of Conservation of Mass. If she could create mass out nothing, then she bypasses CoM and therefore she can only create, not disassemble.

Well there goes my hypothesis on how the royal family now must've been just painted in a bad light due to past royal family. It's like the story really wants you to hate the royal family, I just hope there ain't a big ass plot twist for this hahahaha. Although it's good that there's a very much hateable character in the story, it relieves the stress I build up on a daily basis with shiz people. Can't wait what's gonna hapoen after.

@youiri65 Right, but so far she hasn't stopped the process midway, which disassembly would necessitate. It might be that it's an automated process, i.e. she decides which element to turn into which other element, and then the magic takes over and automates the process.

In fact, following the rules of her ability as presented so far, disassembly would simply mean 'creating' simpler elements like hydrogen and helium from other elements. Otherwise she would create explosions everytime she used her power, since she's literally splitting atoms to convert materials.

Splitting CO2/ CO would need and release lesser energy than say, extracting gold from dust motes in the air (which definitely needs a lot since dust motes rarely contain gold, and if ever, its in the micro traces, and would involve fission and fusion of elements to "create" elemental gold)

@youiri65 Since she is literally 'creating' from nothing, it's more likely she's actually splitting atoms and recreating new atoms from protons, neutrons and electrons. Maybe even on quantum level, but I'm not well versed in that. She's not merely splitting and creating molecules; she's using fission and fusion. Doing that in the amount and speed she is = explosion. Her power is like a mini-star.

Edit: just noticed you mentioned fission and fusion. My bad, sleep-deprived insomniac here.
